As you work to implement your action plan,
our coaching time will be used to talk about your successes and any obstacles that occurred since we last met. We will
brainstorm, review results of any assessments or new activities you may have tried, and plan the appropriate next steps for
the coming week(s). You set the agenda for each meeting.

Coaching will be a phone call to me at a time that is convenient to you. We
may have brief contact between sessions by email, texting, or a short phone call.The speed at which we work and its outcome
will be determined by you.
